Enrollment Agreement

The parties to this Enrollment Agreement are GENIUS CUBE INC., a Delaware corporation doing business as StudyCube, with its principal place of business at 15390 W State Hwy 29, Ste 1002, Liberty Hill, TX 78642, United States (“StudyCube”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the individual identified in Section 2 (“you”). It is a binding contract. It takes effect on the date and time you accept it under Section 15.

Effective date · On your acceptance (Section 15)  ·  Last updated · August 11, 2026

1. Scope of Agreement

1.1This Enrollment Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs your enrollment in the program identified in Section 2.

1.2You should read this Agreement before you pay. It states the total amount you will be charged, when you may cancel, and what you get back if you do. We provide it to you before enrollment, and your enrollment is not complete until you have accepted it.

1.3This Agreement is signed and dated when you accept it. Where a period in Section 6 runs from acceptance, it runs from that date and time, which we record and will provide to you on request.

2. Program Description and Total Charges

2.1The following are completed for your enrollment and form part of this Agreement:

Learner name: completed at your enrollment

Email address on the account: completed at your enrollment

Program: completed at your enrollment

Cohort start date: completed at your enrollment

Delivery: live online sessions. No campus or facility is provided.

Total charges: US$ completed at your enrollment — this is the total amount payable for the Program. There are no further charges.

Payment schedule: completed at your enrollment

If you chose Split Pay: first payment US$ completed at your enrollment, payable on acceptance; second payment US$ completed at your enrollment, due completed at your enrollment — you may pay it yourself at any time up to the due date, and any balance still unpaid on that date is charged automatically to the payment method on file. See Section 3. Leave this line blank if you are paying the total charges in one payment.

Refund window: the first two (2) paid live classes — you may cancel for a full refund until the last of them has been held. See Section 6.

Access after the Program ends: ninety (90) days from the day the last scheduled live class is held. See Section 4.

2.2The total charges stated above are the whole of what you owe us for the Program. We do not charge a registration fee, an application fee, a materials fee or an administrative fee in addition to it, and paying in two payments under Section 3 does not add anything to them. A later change in the published price does not affect your enrollment.

2.3The total charges are exclusive of any sales, use or similar tax we are required to collect, which is shown separately at checkout.

2.4You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts and on the dates set out above. If a payment method is declined or a payment is reversed, we may suspend access until the amount is paid. Where you have chosen Split Pay, Section 3 governs that authorization and what we may do if a payment is not made, and it prevails over this paragraph.

3. Installment Payment Terms

3.1Split Pay lets you pay the total charges in two payments instead of one. It applies to you only if it was offered to you at checkout and you chose it there. If the Split Pay line in Section 2 is blank, this Section does not apply to you. Where you did choose it:

  • your first payment is fifty percent (50%) of the total charges, and we charge it when you accept this Agreement. Your enrollment is complete and your access to the Program begins at that point, on the same footing as a learner who paid the total charges in one payment;
  • your second payment is the balance of the total charges, and it falls due once three (3) paid live classes of your cohort have been held — on the day after the last of them;
  • the amount of each payment, and the calendar date the second is due, are worked out at your enrollment and stated in Section 2; and
  • there is nothing else to pay, and no third payment.

3.2Split Pay costs you nothing extra. We charge no interest, no finance charge, no service fee, no plan fee, no late fee and no charge of any kind for paying in two payments rather than one. The total charges stated in Section 2 are the same figure you would pay in a single payment, and that figure does not increase if a payment is late.

3.3Classes are counted here the same way they are counted for the Refund Window. A paid live class is held when it has been delivered and has reached its scheduled end time; free sessions, extra classes, and scheduled classes that are not delivered are disregarded, in each case as described in Section 6. Whether you attended a class makes no difference to the count. The due date of your second payment can therefore be worked out in advance from the schedule stated in Section 2, and it is stated there as a calendar date when you enroll.

3.4You authorize the second payment when you enroll. We keep the payment method you use at checkout and charge it for the second payment on the due date stated in Section 2. In connection with that authorization:

  • we email you the amount and the date at least seven (7) days before we charge it, to the email address on your account, so no payment is taken without advance notice;
  • if the charge does not succeed — because the payment method was declined or has expired, because your bank asks you to confirm the payment, or for any other reason — we email you a link with which you can make the payment yourself, and we may try the payment method again before treating the payment as missed;
  • you may pay the balance at any time before the due date. Paying early costs nothing, and it changes nothing else in this Agreement; and
  • you can see the amount outstanding and the date it is due in your account at any time.

3.5Choosing Split Pay does not change your right to cancel. The Refund Window described in Section 6 applies to you in exactly the same way, and for exactly as long, as it applies to a learner who paid in one payment. If you cancel within it we refund everything you have paid, and your second payment is cancelled and will not be charged, so you are left owing nothing. Section 7 then applies to you as it applies to everyone else.

3.6The Split Pay terms stated in this Agreement are fixed for your enrollment. We may change the proportion payable up front, the point at which the second payment falls due, the grace period, or any other term of Split Pay, for future enrollments. Any such change applies only to enrollments made after it takes effect. The amounts and dates stated in Section 2 of the Agreement you accepted, and the terms stated in this Section, govern your enrollment for its duration. What you owe will not be increased, and your second payment will not be brought forward, afterward.

3.7
IF YOUR SECOND PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BY THE DATE IT IS DUE, AND IT IS STILL UNPAID AT THE END OF THE GRACE PERIOD OF SEVEN (7) DAYS THAT FOLLOWS, STUDYCUBE MAY WITHHOLD THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5, AND MAY SUSPEND YOUR ACCESS TO CLASS RECORDINGS, TO PROGRAM MATERIALS AND TO THE REMAINING LIVE CLASSES OF YOUR COHORT, UNTIL THE AMOUNT IS PAID. WRITTEN NOTICE WILL BE SENT TO YOU FIRST. A SUSPENSION UNDER THIS SECTION DOES NOT REDUCE THE AMOUNT YOU OWE, DOES NOT EXTEND YOUR ACCESS PERIOD, AND DOES NOT END YOUR ENROLLMENT.

3.8The grace period, and what happens after it. Specifically:

  • your second payment is late if we have not received it by the end of the day on which it is due;
  • you then have a grace period of seven (7) days in which to pay, and nothing is restricted during it;
  • we email you before the grace period ends;
  • if the payment is still not made when the grace period ends, we may apply any one or more of the restrictions described above, and we give you written notice at the email address on your account before we apply one;
  • we lift every restriction promptly once the amount is paid, and your enrollment continues; and
  • we do not apply a restriction while the payment has failed for a reason that is ours to fix, or while you are querying the amount with us under Section 12.

3.9An unpaid second payment is a debt you owe us under this Agreement and we may seek to recover it. We do not report a late or missed payment to a credit reporting agency, and choosing Split Pay has no effect on your credit.

3.10Split Pay cannot be combined with a discount or a credit. If you choose it, no coupon, promotional code, scholarship, referral credit or bonus credit is applied to your enrollment, and the total charges stated in Section 2 are the undiscounted price of the Program. Any bonus credits on your account are not used and are not forfeited — they stay in your account and remain available for another purchase. If you would rather use them on this Program, pay the total charges in one payment instead.

4. Program Access Period

4.1After your Program ends, your access continues for the access period stated in Section 2, which is ninety (90) days unless a different period is stated there. During it you may continue to use, for your own learning:

  • the recording of each live class of your cohort;
  • the slides, notebooks, code, exercises, assessments and other materials issued for the Program; and
  • the cohort community, where one is provided.

4.2Your Program ends on the day the last scheduled live class of your cohort is held, and the access period runs from that day. If a class is rescheduled to a later date, or a further class is added to the schedule, the Program ends on the day the last of them is held and the access period runs from that later day. You can therefore work out the date your access ends from the schedule stated in Section 2, and we will confirm it to you on request at admin@studycube.ai.

4.3The access period stated in this Agreement is fixed for your enrollment. We may change the access period for future enrollments. Any such change applies only to enrollments made after it takes effect. The period stated in Section 2 of the Agreement you accepted governs your enrollment and will not be shortened afterward.

4.4Access is not permanent, and the access period is not a refund term. We do not undertake to keep the recordings or the materials available to you once the access period has ended, and we may withdraw them at that point. The length of the access period does not extend the Refund Window described in Section 6, and not using your access during the period does not entitle you to a refund, a credit or an extension.

4.5Your access can end earlier than that. It ends on the date a refund is issued to you, as described in Section 6.7, and it ends if your account is terminated for breach of the Terms of Service. Throughout the access period your use of the recordings and materials remains subject to the Terms of Service, including the restriction on sharing, recording or redistributing them.

5. Certificate of Completion

5.1We issue you a Certificate of Completion when you complete the Program. It is included in the total charges stated in Section 2: we do not charge you for issuing it, for a replacement copy, or for confirming to another person that it is genuine.

5.2You complete the Program when both of the following are true:

  • the last scheduled live class of your cohort has been held, as described in Section 4; and
  • your enrollment is in good standing — the total charges have been paid in full, and your enrollment has not been cancelled, refunded or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.

5.3There is no attendance requirement and no examination. Every live class is recorded and the recording is made available to you, so a class that is delivered is a class you have received, and not attending one does not cost you your Certificate.

5.4We issue the Certificate once you have completed the Program, and we do not hold it for any period after that. Where the total charges are not paid in full on the day the last scheduled live class of your cohort is held, we issue it once we receive the final payment. You do not have to apply for it or ask us for it.

5.5The Certificate states your name as it appears on your account, the name of the Program, the dates over which it was delivered, the hours of live instruction, and a unique identifier for the Certificate. If the name on your account is not the name you want on it, tell us at admin@studycube.ai before your Program ends. We correct an error in a Certificate we have issued at no charge.

5.6
THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION RECORDS THAT YOU COMPLETED THE PROGRAM. IT IS NOT A DEGREE, A DIPLOMA, A CERTIFICATION, A LICENSE OR AN ACCREDITED CREDENTIAL. STUDYCUBE DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT IT IS RECOGNIZED OR ACCEPTED BY ANY ACCREDITING BODY, LICENSING AUTHORITY, EMPLOYER OR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, AND IT DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU TO PRACTICE ANY OCCUPATION FOR WHICH A LICENSE IS REQUIRED. IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT, AN INTERVIEW, A PROMOTION, A PARTICULAR SALARY OR ANY OTHER CAREER OUTCOME.

5.7The Certificate is personal to you. It is issued to you alone, and:

  • you may keep, share, display and post it, including on a professional networking profile, and you may state that you completed the Program;
  • you may not alter it, transfer it, sell it, or allow another person to present it as their own, and you may not use it to state or imply that you hold a qualification, certification or accreditation that it does not confer;
  • we may withhold it while an amount you owe us is unpaid, as described in Section 3; and
  • we may revoke it if it was obtained by fraud or misrepresentation, if the enrollment it relates to is refunded or charged back, or if you breach the Terms of Service in a way that goes to the integrity of your completion.

5.8We confirm on request whether a Certificate we issued is genuine. We do so on your request, or on the request of a person to whom you have given its identifier, and we confirm only that the Certificate is genuine and which Program it relates to. We do not publish a list of the learners we have issued Certificates to.

6. Cancellation and Refund Rights

6.1You may cancel for any reason until the Refund Window closes, and receive a full refund of everything you have paid. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask for one. Specifically:

  • the Refund Window runs from your acceptance of this Agreement until the last of the paid live classes stated as your refund window in Section 2 (the “Refund Window Classes”) has been held, which is the first two (2) of them unless a different number is stated there;
  • you cancel by sending written notice to admin@studycube.ai from the email address on your account, and your cancellation takes effect when you send it, not when we reply;
  • we refund all amounts paid to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days;
  • if you chose Split Pay, any payment under it that we have not yet charged is cancelled and will not be charged, so cancelling within the Refund Window leaves you owing nothing; and
  • we deduct nothing — no cancellation fee, no administrative fee, no deposit, no processing charge, and no charge for any class already held.

6.2Only paid live classes of your Program count toward the Refund Window. The following are disregarded in the calculation and do not close the Refund Window, whether or not you attended them:

  • free demonstration, preview, orientation, trial and taster sessions;
  • extra classes — any session delivered in addition to the scheduled curriculum for your cohort, including makeup, revision, doubt-clearing, bonus, guest-speaker and office-hours sessions;
  • a scheduled class that is cancelled, postponed or otherwise not delivered; and
  • recordings, self-paced content and other materials made available outside a scheduled live class.

6.3A paid live class is held when it has been delivered and has reached its scheduled end time. Whether you attended it makes no difference to the calculation: every live class is recorded and the recording is made available to you, so a class that is delivered is a class you have received. The Refund Window therefore closes on a date and time you can work out in advance from the schedule stated in Section 2, and it is not extended by non-attendance.

6.4If we have not made the recording of a paid live class available to you, that class does not count toward the Refund Window Classes until we do. It remains a class that has been held for every other purpose of this Agreement, including the day on which your Program ends and the access period described in Section 4.

6.5The Refund Window stated in this Agreement is fixed for your enrollment. We may change the number of Refund Window Classes for future enrollments. Any such change applies only to enrollments made after it takes effect. The number stated in Section 2 of the Agreement you accepted governs your enrollment for its duration and will not be reduced afterward.

6.6We will acknowledge your cancellation in writing within two (2) business days. If you do not hear from us, your cancellation is still effective from the time you sent it.

6.7When we refund you, your enrollment ends. Your access to the Program — including remaining live classes, recordings, materials and any cohort community — ends on the date the refund is issued, and you may not continue to use material provided for the Program after that date.

7. Non-Refundability After Refund Period

7.1
ONCE THE REFUND WINDOW DESCRIBED IN SECTION 6 HAS CLOSED, THE TOTAL CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE ENROLLING IN A LIVE COHORT WITH A FIXED START DATE AND A LIMITED NUMBER OF SEATS, AND YOUR SEAT IS WITHHELD FROM OTHER APPLICANTS ONCE YOU ENROLL. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 6 (CANCELLATION BY YOU WITHIN THE REFUND WINDOW), SECTION 8 (CANCELLATION BY STUDYCUBE) AND SECTION 9 (REMOVAL FOR CONDUCT), AND EXCEPT WHERE A LAW THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED GIVES YOU A DIFFERENT RIGHT AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 10, NO PART OF THE TOTAL CHARGES IS REFUNDABLE AFTER THE REFUND WINDOW CLOSES, INCLUDING WHERE YOU WITHDRAW, STOP ATTENDING, DO NOT ATTEND, OR ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND. IF STUDYCUBE REMOVES YOU FROM THE PROGRAM FOR CONDUCT, SECTION 9 APPLIES AND A PRO RATA REFUND IS PAYABLE TO YOU UNDER IT.

7.2After the Refund Window closes we do not give a partial refund, a pro-rata refund or a credit for classes you do not attend. The recording of each class is made available to you whether or not you attend it.

8. Cancellation or Discontinuation by StudyCube

8.1Definitions. As used in this Section:

  • the Program commences on the date the first paid live class of your cohort is held (the “Commencement Date”);
  • “Total Charges” means the total charges stated in Section 2;
  • “Scheduled Sessions” means the live classes scheduled for your cohort, as set out in the schedule published for the Program and provided to you before enrollment;
  • we cancel the Program if we determine not to deliver it and notify you to that effect before the Commencement Date; and
  • we discontinue the Program if, on or after the Commencement Date, we cease delivery and do not deliver the balance of the Scheduled Sessions.

8.2Refund upon cancellation or discontinuation by StudyCube. If we cancel or discontinue the Program, you are entitled to a refund as of right, and we shall pay it without any requirement that you request it. The amount is determined as follows:

  • Cancellation before the Commencement Date. We shall refund one hundred percent (100%) of all amounts paid by you, including any amount designated as a deposit, registration fee or application fee.
  • Discontinuation on or after the Commencement Date. We shall refund a pro rata portion of the Total Charges, determined by multiplying the Total Charges by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of Scheduled Sessions not delivered and the denominator of which is the total number of Scheduled Sessions.
  • Split Pay enrollments. If you chose Split Pay, any payment under it that we have not yet charged is cancelled and will not be charged, and the refund payable to you under this Section is the amount by which the sum you have actually paid exceeds the portion of the Total Charges attributable to the Scheduled Sessions we delivered, that portion being the Total Charges multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of Scheduled Sessions delivered and the denominator of which is the total number of Scheduled Sessions. If you have paid no more than that portion, no refund is payable and the balance of the Total Charges is cancelled. Nothing in this Section requires you to pay us anything after we have cancelled or discontinued the Program.
  • Manner and time of payment. We shall pay each refund due under this Section to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days after the date of cancellation or discontinuation, without demand, setoff, deduction, recoupment or counterclaim.
  • No conditions. Your entitlement under this Section is not discretionary, is not conditioned upon your request, your attendance or our assessment of your circumstances, and is not subject to any cancellation, administrative or processing charge.

8.3Transfer or credit in lieu of refund. We may offer you enrollment in a subsequent cohort, or a credit, in lieu of a refund payable under Section 8.2. Any such offer is subject to the following:

  • you are under no obligation to accept it, and declining it does not reduce, delay or otherwise affect the refund otherwise payable;
  • acceptance must be express and in writing, and neither your silence, your failure to respond, nor your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance; and
  • if you do not expressly accept within fourteen (14) days after the offer is sent to you, the offer is deemed declined and we shall pay the refund.

8.4Permitted modifications. Notwithstanding anything in this Section to the contrary, none of the following constitutes a cancellation or discontinuation, and none gives rise to a refund under this Section, provided the Program is delivered in substantially the same total volume of instruction: (a) rescheduling an individual session; (b) substituting an instructor of comparable qualifications and expertise; (c) revising, reordering or replacing curriculum content to keep it technically current; or (d) changing the platform or tools used to deliver the Program.

8.5Material change after enrollment. If, after the date you accept this Agreement, we materially reduce the total volume of instruction, change the start date, or change the core subject matter of the Program, we shall give you written notice at the email address on your account, and you may elect, by written notice to us given within fourteen (14) days after our notice is sent, any one of the following:

  • to continue in the Program as changed;
  • to transfer to the next scheduled cohort at no additional charge; or
  • to cancel your enrollment, in which case we shall refund you on the basis stated in Section 8.2 as though we had discontinued the Program.

8.6Failure to elect. If you make no election within the period stated in Section 8.5, you are deemed to have elected to continue in the Program as changed; provided, that this deemed election does not waive any right you have under Section 10 or any other right that cannot be waived by agreement.

8.7Force majeure. If an act of God, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, civil disturbance, act of war or terrorism, labor dispute, governmental action or order, or failure of a third-party platform or telecommunications service, in each case beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”), prevents delivery of the Program, we may suspend delivery for the duration of the Force Majeure Event and shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable, extending the schedule accordingly. A suspension of thirty (30) days or less does not constitute a discontinuation. If delivery has not resumed within thirty (30) days after the suspension begins, the Program is deemed discontinued as of the first day of the suspension and Section 8.2 applies.

8.8Cessation of operations; teach-out. If we cease operations or permanently discontinue the Program, we shall either (a) arrange for the balance of the Scheduled Sessions to be delivered, whether by us or by another provider of comparable instruction (a “teach-out”), or (b) refund you on the basis stated in Section 8.2, as you elect. You are under no obligation to accept a teach-out in lieu of a refund, and if you do not elect a teach-out in writing within fourteen (14) days after we notify you, we shall pay the refund.

8.9Cumulative remedies; no release. The rights and remedies provided in this Section are cumulative and are in addition to, and not in substitution for or exclusive of, any right or remedy available to you under a law that cannot be waived by agreement, as described in Section 10. Your acceptance of a refund under this Section does not constitute a release, waiver, or accord and satisfaction of any other claim.

8.10Survival. Our obligation to pay a refund that has accrued under this Section survives the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

9. Removal from Program for Misconduct

9.1We may remove you from the Program if your conduct during a live class, or in the cohort community, makes it unreasonable for the Program to continue with you in it. Conduct that may lead to removal includes:

  • harassing, threatening, abusive or discriminatory behavior toward a trainer, a guest speaker, another learner or a member of our team;
  • conduct that prevents a trainer from teaching or other learners from learning, where it continues after you have been asked to stop;
  • recording, photographing, transcribing, streaming or redistributing a live session or the Program materials in breach of the Terms of Service;
  • impersonating another person, or allowing another person to attend the Program in your place; and
  • unlawful conduct, or any other material breach of the Terms of Service.

9.2We give you notice and a chance to correct the conduct first. Except in the case described in the next paragraph, before we remove you:

  • we give you written notice at the email address on your account, stating what the conduct was and what has to change;
  • you have a reasonable opportunity, and not less than three (3) days, to respond to that notice and to correct the conduct; and
  • we remove you only if the conduct continues or is repeated after that notice.

9.3We may remove you immediately and without prior warning where the conduct is a threat or act of violence, sexual harassment, conduct that is unlawful, or conduct that presents a risk to the safety of another person. Where we do so, we send you written notice stating the grounds within two (2) business days, and you may respond to it.

9.4If we remove you, we refund you on a pro rata basis. The amount is determined by multiplying the Total Charges by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of Scheduled Sessions not delivered to you as at the effective date of your removal and the denominator of which is the total number of Scheduled Sessions, each term having the meaning given to it in Section 8.1. We pay it to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days after that date, without demand or setoff, and we deduct nothing from it — no removal fee, cancellation fee, administrative fee or processing charge.

9.5If the Refund Window has not closed on the effective date of your removal, Section 6 applies instead and you receive a full refund of everything you have paid, on the basis stated there.

9.6If you chose Split Pay, any payment under it that we have not yet charged is cancelled and will not be charged, and the refund payable under this Section is the amount by which the sum you have actually paid exceeds the portion of the Total Charges attributable to the Scheduled Sessions delivered to you, calculated on the basis stated in Section 8.2. Nothing in this Section requires you to pay us anything after we have removed you.

9.7Your enrollment ends on the effective date of your removal. Your access to the remaining live classes, the recordings, the Program materials and the cohort community ends on that date, and we do not issue the Certificate of Completion described in Section 5, because you have not completed the Program.

9.8Removal under this Section is not a penalty, and we do not retain any part of the Total Charges as one. Nothing in this Section limits any right you have under a law that cannot be waived by agreement, as described in Section 10.

10. Non-Waivable State Law Rights

10.1Nothing in this Agreement limits any right you have under a law that cannot be waived by agreement. Some states regulate refunds for career and vocational training and require a particular refund calculation, a cancellation period, or particular disclosures.

10.2Where such a law applies to your enrollment, that law governs, we will apply it without you having to invoke it, and the terms it requires are treated as forming part of this Agreement in place of any inconsistent provision above.

10.3If you want to know whether a mandatory refund right applies to you, ask us at admin@studycube.ai and we will tell you.

11. Procedure for Cancellation and Refund Requests

11.1Send written notice to admin@studycube.ai from the email address on your account, stating your name, the Program, and the date of your enrollment. No particular form of words is required.

11.2We respond within ten (10) business days and tell you the amount being refunded and how it was calculated. Where a refund is payable we pay it to the original payment method.

11.3We do not require you to complete a form, speak to anyone by telephone, or give a reason as a condition of a refund to which you are entitled.

12. Billing Errors and Payment Card Disputes

12.1If you are charged twice for the same enrollment, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after the Program was cancelled, contact us and we will correct it and return the difference. This is a correction, not a refund, and nothing above limits it.

12.2Chargebacks and billing error rights. We request, but do not require, that you notify us at admin@studycube.ai before initiating a chargeback or other dispute with your card issuer or financial institution, so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly. Such notice is a request only: it is not a condition precedent to any right of yours, and your failure to give it shall not operate as a waiver of, limitation upon, or defense to, any right you have under the Fair Credit Billing Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1666 et seq., and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 1026.13; the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1693 et seq., and Regulation E, 12 C.F.R. Part 1005; your cardholder or deposit account agreement; or the operating rules of the applicable payment card network. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to waive, restrict, condition, shorten the time for asserting, or otherwise impair any such right.

13. Acknowledgments and Representations

13.1By accepting this Agreement you confirm that:

  1. you received this Agreement, and were able to read it, before you paid;
  2. you understand the total charges stated in Section 2 and that they are the whole of what you owe;
  3. you understand when you may cancel and what you receive if you do;
  4. if you chose Split Pay, you understand that you are agreeing to pay the balance of the total charges, that the amount and the date it is due are stated in Section 2, that we will charge the payment method you used at checkout on that date after notifying you in advance, and that no discount, coupon or bonus credit is applied to an enrollment made under it;
  5. you understand that the Refund Window closes when the Refund Window Classes have been held, whether or not you attend them, and that a recording of each class is made available to you;
  6. you understand that your access to the classes, the recordings, the materials and the cohort community ends when the access period stated in Section 2 expires, and that you are not being given permanent access;
  7. you understand that the Certificate of Completion described in Section 5 records only that you completed the Program, and that it is not a degree, a certification, a license or an accredited credential;
  8. you understand that we make no promise of employment, an interview, a promotion, a particular salary or any other career outcome, and that no trainer, employee, contractor or advertisement of ours is authorized to make one; and
  9. no representation has been made to you about the Program that is not written in this Agreement or in the materials we published for the Program.

13.2If anyone told you something about this Program that conflicts with this Agreement, do not accept it — contact us at admin@studycube.ai first and we will put the position in writing.

14. Order of Precedence and Entire Agreement

14.1Your use of the Platform is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to you in addition to this Agreement and are incorporated by reference.

14.2This Agreement prevails on everything it covers — the total charges, payment, cancellation and refunds. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict on those matters, this Agreement governs. On all other matters the Terms of Service govern, including the arbitration provision and the limitations of liability.

14.3This Agreement is the entire agreement between us about your enrollment in the Program and replaces any earlier discussion or correspondence about the charges or the refund terms.

15. Acceptance and Electronic Signature

15.1You accept this Agreement by ticking the box presented with it at checkout and submitting your enrollment.

15.2We record the date and time of your acceptance, the account it was made from, and the version of this Agreement accepted. You may request a copy of your own acceptance record at any time.
